Since opening its doors more than 50 years ago, three generations of family have operated College Manor successfully. Today, with the healthcare industry experiencing radical changes, College Manor was faced with an identity crisis.. How do they compare to corporate long term facilities? How are they going to be perceived in the marketplace?

College Manor would use the benefit of its small size, beautiful accommodations and family atmosphere to reflect an image of a grand hotel at the turn of the twentieth century. Times when the world was a simpler place and families took care of families. The success of this new branding has been far reaching.Its tag line "Feel the difference between a facility and a family" has sharpened the focus of employees and residents alike. It reminds us everyday that family, whether it's natural or extended, always comes first.
